M.2 (S80) 3IS4采用 L³ 架构，并搭载最新型SATA III (6.0GHz) Marvell NAND控制器。
宜鼎独家的L³ 架构是以 L² 架构搭配LDPC所设计。L³ 架构藉由4K mapping算法，能够减少WAF，
并有实时的耗损平均算法功能，不仅展现高性能、高可靠度，更能延长使用寿命。
宜鼎国际的M.2 (S80) 3IS4 专为服务器领域所设计，不但可有效减少操作系统的开机时间，
功耗也较传统硬盘（HDD）低，更能作为SATA 开机装置，既不用新增磁盘驱动器，也不需要外接盒，相当适用于服务器应用。
