宜鼎独家的L³ 架构是以 L² 架构搭配LDPC所设计。L³ 架构藉由4K比对算法，能够减少WAF，亦能展现出色的IOPS、高可靠度与产品使用寿命。
mSATA 3ME4 内建温度传感器及iData Guard™，因此在面对工业应用的挑战时，不论数据完整性或可靠性绝不失色。
