DDR4 Mini RDIMM VLP 是设计精巧的薄型矮版模块，能够兼容于路由器、开关和桥接中。
此模块搭配30μ”金手指、内建单一位纠错及缓存器，能提升时间、指令及控制讯号。提供4GB及8GB的容量，并支持2400MT/s的传输速度。
VLP模块高度低于1.18英寸，特别适用于1U系统，像是刀锋服务器数据中心。这些模块的设计，优化了精巧系统内的空气流动，减少热冲击。
ECC模块设计用来侦测及纠正单一位错误，其会发生在数据储存及传送过程中。
ECC模块使用汉明码或三重模块冗余来进行错误侦测及纠正，并自行管理纠错，而不要求数据来源重新发送原始数据。
